INTA Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition, 2027

Students at a university or higher-education institution whose degree leads to eligibility for practice. No member may already hold a law degree or be admitted to practise anywhere. Teams of two to four from the same school; ONE team per school. NO REGISTRATION FEE. Entry form closes 15 November 2026 (5:00 pm US Eastern); briefs and student ID scans are due by email on 20 November 2026 (5:00 pm US Eastern). Substitutions are only allowed before 15 November.

An international trademark moot run by INTA — and for once, the oral rounds are in Delhi rather than abroad. There is no entry fee, which makes this one of the cheapest international moots an Indian team can enter: no travel costs beyond Delhi, no registration. Written briefs are submitted first, with oral arguments over two days in February 2027.
