What you're paying for

Your first AI Memorial Review is free. Beyond that, each additional review costs ₹29. It is a digital service: when you pay, the review is generated and delivered to you within minutes.

Refunds

Because each paid review is produced and delivered to you immediately, a review that has been generated is non-refundable. You are paying for the analysis itself, which you receive right away.

We will, however, make it right if the service fails on our end:

• If you were charged but no review was generated (a technical failure on our side), you are entitled to a re-run of the review or a full refund of ₹29.
• If a review failed to complete or returned an error because of a fault on our end, you are entitled to a re-run or a full refund.
• If you were charged more than once for the same review, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.

Cancellations

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — each review is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. You are only ever charged when you choose to unlock a review.

How to request a refund

Email us at advocado.connect@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment. Include the email address on your account and the approximate date and time of the payment so we can find it. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Advocado does not store your card or UPI details.
