Government Law College, Mumbai & the D.M. Harish Foundation
Open to both undergraduate and postgraduate law students. Registration for recent editions has opened around November, with rounds early in the following year — the next edition was unannounced as of 6 August 2026.
India's first and oldest international moot, dealing primarily with topical issues in public international law and judged by senior Indian and international practitioners and academics. The 27th edition (2026) ran in hybrid form with online rounds in January and offline rounds in Mumbai in March. Historically a magnet for strong overseas teams, which makes it one of the best international-standard rounds available without leaving India.
