IMPORTANT: sources disagree on the registration deadline — the official timeline gives 28 August 2026, while one listing says 28 September 2026. Confirm with brsmoot@nalsar.ac.in before relying on either date, and assume the earlier one.
NALSAR's flagship moot and one of India's premier constitutional law competitions. The BRS Moot is known for the clarity and depth of its propositions — usually grounded in live constitutional debates, with the 18th edition's problem drafted by the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy — and for judging panels drawn from jurists, senior advocates and former judges. Prize pool around ₹2.43 lakh, with ₹75,000 to the winners and ₹50,000 for best speaker. Contact brsmoot@nalsar.ac.in.
