Eligibility
Open to all students pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. degree at a recognised institution in India. Provisional registration by 15 September and final online registration by 22 September. Registration fee Rs. 4,000 per team; teams qualifying for the on-campus rounds pay a further Rs. 3,000 per team per day towards accommodation and food.
About this competition
The ninth edition of one of India's few subject-specialist moots devoted to insolvency and bankruptcy law, run by Surana & Surana with UPES School of Law. Prize pool of Rs. 1.2 lakh -- Rs. 65,000 to the winning team, Rs. 35,000 to the runners-up, and Rs. 10,000 each for Best Researcher and Best Student Advocate.
