About this competition
The ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law (EMC2), run by the European Law Students' Association with the support of the WTO, is the leading moot dedicated to world trade law.
Teams act as complainant and respondent states in a simulated WTO dispute settlement panel proceeding. Written submissions are followed by regional rounds across the world — including an All-Asian round — and the final oral rounds are argued at WTO headquarters in Geneva before panels that include WTO Secretariat lawyers and trade law experts.
