About this competition
The 2nd CCI–MNLUCS National Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2026, organised by MNLU Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar's Moot Court Association and Centre for Competition Law and Policy, with the Competition Commission of India and Phoenix Legal. A national competition on contemporary antitrust and competition-law issues. Prelims and quarter-finals run online (12–13 Sept 2026); semi-finals and finals are on-campus (27 Sept 2026). Winner: ₹50,000 + Phoenix Legal internship + SCC Online subscriptions; Runner-up: ₹30,000 + internship; Best Speaker and Best Memorial (Petitioner/Respondent): ₹10,000 each. Key dates: proposition released 10 July, clarifications by 31 July, registration closes 10 Aug, memorials due 20 Aug.
