Bona fide students of a regular three-year or five-year LL.B. or an LL.M. programme at a Bar Council of India-recognised institution. Teams of 2-3 members; one team per institution. Registration closes 28 August 2026; memorials due 15 September 2026.
A hybrid national in two stages: virtual preliminary rounds on 29-30 September 2026, then physical rounds at NEHU Shillong on 29-30 October 2026. Notably low barrier to entry — ₹1,500 per team, with complimentary accommodation and meals for teams reaching the physical rounds. One of the few nationals hosted in the North-East.
