Eligibility
Students enrolled in a three-year or five-year law degree, or a comparable graduate law programme, at a recognised institution. Teams of two or three -- up to 2 speakers and 1 researcher. Fee Rs 6,000 for Indian teams, USD 100 for international teams, non-refundable and inclusive of accommodation. Memorials due 4 Oct 2026. Queries: society.mcs@kls.ac.in.
About this competition
KIIT's international moot, back for a second edition. The 2026 problem is an ICC arbitration over a trade-finance deal governed by UCP 600 -- tribunal jurisdiction, the reach of the arbitration agreement, and obligations under a documentary credit. Preliminary rounds run online on 11 October; the Researcher's Test and advanced rounds are held on campus in Bhubaneswar on 14 November. Total prize pool Rs 3.9 lakh. Registration closed on 7 September 2026.
